This ministry is an extension of the College of Counseling and Health Care, one of seven Colleges within the University of the Nations.
For the past 30 years Bruce and Barbara Thompson have ministered in many parts of the world. The University of the Nations schools have been a major platform for facilitating seminars with churches and healthcare professionals. Our overall purpose is to equip this generation to know God and take His healing to the nations.
Following Bruce’s retirement from his position as International Dean to Dean Emeritus it has seemed appropriate to establish a website to help with enquiries and to inform you of our current activities. To this end we have listed our resource materials plus opportunities for training within the University. You will find included some useful and appropriate links.
Born and bred in New Zealand we began our married life in Ghana as missionaries with Worldwide Evangelisation Crusade.
Through the felt need of primary health care we church planted in the rural north. In 1976 we joined YWAM in Kona, Hawaii, USA and pioneered the College of Counselling and Health Care (CCHC) for the University of the Nations. 13 years later we relocated to Switzerland where we spent the next 13 years pioneering the CCHC and its ministries in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Since retiring from the international deanship of the CCHC, Bruce and Barbara have been busy in itinerant teaching in schools, seminars and workshops around the world
